0.6f Preview~ Bugfixes AND SNEAK PEAK AT NEW WOLF GIRL!
Hello everyone! Thank you once again for being so patient!
We have recently switched programmers! So development had a slight hiccup!
Now lets get to the news!
We patched up 0.6 so that it is in MUCH better condition. Players should no longer be constantly terrorized by a sleazy raccoon. Also the shark should be balanced to a degree as well! Here are the patch notes.
I have contacted itch.io staff once again to allow me to upload the Linux builds (they are over 1gb) Should be up later today!
Edit: We have noticed an error popping up with some users with the gamma. Already looking into it o7!
Improves lighting and materials in various areas.
Nerfs Misty.
Disables Cass's metagame. (Going to be completely reworked)
Introduces experimental new vent minigame.
Adds Maddie's icon to the tape menu.
Slightly fixes the white screen issue. (Video system was completely remade)
Changes the intro video.
Makes the lighting worse in the staff room. (had to do it to em)
Changes the map view for the Nightclub.
Fixes the hole in the ceiling of the tunnel of love.
Gives poggerino a glowstick.
Removes the not-so-secret poggerino.
In other news, we held a poll in the Discord that would decide the next character added to the game!
It seems like Maid Wolf won!
As such, here are some pictures of her concept!
We went with a more cold approach with this character. Wolfs are a bit tricky since there are so many OC's of them, but hopefully we got something lovable here!
Some 3d work has already been made! We have a completely new 3d artist on the team who has been helping!
What do you guys think?

I would probably name the wolf "Clover", mainly due to just how it would possibly fit...

The shark girl is impossable for me, am i doing something wrong or do i just click?!
Which map are you talking about? For the main game you just close her door in the left hall, and in the nightclub you just keep the colors on your desk the same color as her stage.
the problem i was having was she was too strong, no matter how fast i clicked shed rip the door open. Despite me clicking on update game, i realized i was still on version .5 i belive and it wouldnt let me go to current version without some tweeking. long and short of it i figured out the problem, thank you for your respose!

Hey guys, I'm a bit stupid when it comes to computer files and the like, how do I add the rar file to the main game?
I hope the Wolf girl isnt a futa like Cass. Don't need another character that isn't fairly liked. Other then that. Hope you keep the good work.

So... uh... the new shop has a massive exploit.
No gems to convert? Just make them out of thin air! Buy everything in no time! Want gems for figures? Make them by clicking the gems to tickets converter, then spend those tickets buying the gems back. You can even click the gem -> tickets converter before you hit trade by clicking it on the shelf to the right in the store.
I was debating on making a new save when the game officially launched, now I definitely will because I like doing things legit. Just had to see how far the bug went. Turns out "stealing the whole shop + figure collection" was the answer. Cassidy really was sleeping on the job here.

Nope! Probably didn't help that it was like 2 or 3 am either so I probably missed a post/paragraph somewhere. Converting gems you don't have into tickets at no cost seemed like a bug and I figured I'd bring it up in case it actually was one.
Holy wow the nightclub is hard, Does it get harder with each night you do in the main game?
So what kind of problem will this wolf girl present? Shadow/Blindspot movement? Use of the vent above? Door or Light malfunction?
so there is this Russian guy who’s posting videos on this game and in his gameplay the area at the end of the hallway of the og map is available for him. I’m not sure if this is for subscribestar people or what so I won’t spoil it but I’m very curious about it.
Click all the light bulbs scattered around the og map then check the hallway again

I can't seem to access the 0.6 preview for some reason. Is there something specific I must do for the file to have the chance of reviewing what is new?

If you mean the game, yes. But since you asked that question, I am a little concerned if I have to purchase for the updates now. Am I having to do that? I only ask because I am not too familiar with ichi.io games or the website itself and if that is a thing.
You don't need to buy it again. The easiest way to locate the link is go to your library and download the 0.6f version (win and linux 0.5 will be above it). If you don't have an itch account, you need to find the email with the download page link from when you bought it.
I have an account, but downloading the current update is not working for some reason. It just send the download as an unknown file for me strangely enough.
Got a bug where you can infinitely trade gems for tickets despite not having any. It did make things easier but i did enjoy the gameplay since i had a purpose, kinda lost it now.
Ya, once you get all the rewards it kinda kills the game and thats a bad thing. The rewards should be an extra, not the meat of the game. The girls need more animations during the night and varied death animation (possible ones with specific triggers or low percentages of triggering) but there definitely needs more content during gameplay so it doesn't just feel like a means to an end (tickets, jewels, or tapes.)
AWesome new content! Keep it up boys! In the meantime im not sure if this is a bug or a girl's ability but i think its a bug as sometimes when im about doing my job. I'll loose all ability to click on any sort of item or even get them to interact. It doesnt happen often but it does ruin a run when i am playing. Just a heads up!
i think animations needs to be more smooth... With more fps i guess. Like Sammy 2
