0.8 Testing Build Release!
Hello everyone!
I hope you had a magnificent Easter! Originally this update was supposed to be out a week or so ago, however since IN HEAT has a new codebase it took way longer than expected. As such, since Easter was around the corner we quickly got together a small easter gamemode for you all to try. Find all 20 eggs to receive a special Poppi sexscene!

UPDATES UPDATES UPDATES.
As you first boot up the game, you will notice it is a bit barebones. As previously explained in one of the previous devlogs, we basically had to remake the game from the ground up due to the unstable codebase that IN HEAT was originally developed on. IN HEAT has also been updated to Unreal 5 which has been a blast to work with!
What the team hopes to do now with this stable codebase is to get our content back up to par with the old build. You might notice some stuff that is a bit jank. I do apologize as we were in a crunch mode while developing this particular build. Hotkeys and such have not been implemented yet. Also the camera systems are missing some post processing. In all due time this should all be corrected. We plan on a much more rapid update schedule as well, so please hold tight as changes are going to be coming!
I always wanted to showcase the development of IN HEAT publicly, as such if you are apart of our wonderful community on Discord, or if you are a supporter on SubscribeStar, we will be featuring several community outreach posts and polls. This way if you are a big fan of this game, and want to put a hand into it's development, we have avenues for you.

I hope in future scenes the characters models will stay consistent with their ingame counterpart. Also a gallery. Game runs smoothly but I am getting a lot of tposing characters on my end

Frame rate and graphics were great on my end. Love the character models in the new engine!
Build runs fine as far as frames and stability goes but I'm unable to get any sort of scene upon collecting all 20 eggs, have tried several times in different orders
Now all operations are done by moving the mouse and the left button, whether you can add shortcut keys
is it just me or does this feel like a downgrade like 0.7 had the nightclub and stuff and this one has just the admin room and the shop is gone and multiple things are gone. is this just a extremly early verison of a update cause this got super downgraded
I think it's to be expected since they basically overhauled a majority of the game and are using an upgraded engine. Losing some of the content and other things does suck I agree, but I think based off the dev group's output prior to this we can expect more and better stuff than before down the line.
yeah i guess we just gotta wait for the things to come back
my only complaint so far which isnt a big issue is how slow the cams pan also exitting cams is a bit painful but you said that hotkeys are coming so so far id give this build a good 7/10
