Hello everyone, I wanted to do a public talk about the white-screen issue. 

While we have been doing fixes, it is still very slow for us to get a fix out. Unfortunately since we can not reproduce this issue on our teams computers. Now we have gone through a couple fixes, like switching from mp4 to webm and back, unfortunately this has never been a solid fix. I have personally searched for fixes across several other games and no developer encountering this issue has provided A solid fix

Now for some folks this might in fact be a fix, as I've seen two games suggest that this error is tied to OS.

I have reached out to several Unreal devs, and they have suggested a fix of storing multiple variants of the videos so at least ONE should run. 

I will get Skyb0y to do this, and we will do group testing in the discord server. 

I do want to say I appreciate you guys for being so patient with us. Please understand that this is an unreal engine issue, and we are trying our best to come up with a work-around.
